Retro design (part 2)

For the next product I looked at the nikon Df retro styled camera, this design was based on the early cameras in the fm series of film SLRs. It is amazing to see how similar the two product are even though one is film operated whereas the other is digital. Certain aspects of this design have been replicated nearly exactly for example the silver above the lense and the lay out of the dials and shoot button. Another aspect of the camera that has remained unchanged is the texture on the black plastic that surrounds the camera and provides grip for the users hands.
